My company is registered with the NHBRC (No 7138) since 2000 and the statutory institutions required by law .
We have been responsible for delivering homes ranging from R250 000 up to R5.5 mil in Yzerfontein, Jakkalsfontein and Grotto Bay and I would gladly show you around when next you visit Yzerfontein.
We source our labour in Darling and subcontract the electrical to Yzerfontein Electric’s ( Local Electrician) and the cabinetmaking to Prestige Cabinets in Darling. The plumbing is done in-house.
All projects are overseen by Christopher Thompson Engineers in Saldahna and the roof inspections is done by Pryde Truses. Aluminium windows and Sliding doors are supplied and fitted by Westcoast Aluminium and wooden doors and frames are supplied by either Woodmark or Swartland Industries.
Clay bricks are supplied by Corobrick and cement bricks are supplied by Smit Steenwerke , Vredenburg. Paint is supplied by Prominent Paints and applied strictly to manufacturer’s specifications.
All material used carry the manufacturers guarantee while the structure carry a 5 year NHBRC guarantee. In the event of heat sealing of the roof, it carries a 5 year conditional guarantee.
All tools, scaffolding, concrete mixers ,compacters, site huts etc. are supplied and owned by the company.
No tools are hired in.
All work is performed strictly in accordance with the National Building Regulations read in conjunction with the NHBRC stipulations.
Insurance, with Mutual & Federal, exonerates the client from any claim that might arise during the construction process.
We operate on a production prior to payment system which means that we produce up to a stage and afterwards claim payment. Progress payments are based on the scales laid down by ABSA Bank.
